Delivery Information
Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and may be subject to change. If you have already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email to get the specific delivery timeframe and tracking link.

Things to Know
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.
Unless otherwise specified, all delivery timeframes begin the day after your order is placed.
Purchases of gift cards do not count towards meeting the free shipping threshold.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to military addresses in EU countries.
If you have not received your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
